BPM Forum The BPM Forum is an important organization that helps advance the understanding of business performance management techniques, technologies, and processes in global enterprises. The Forum brings together influential business line managers and senior executives overseeing enterprise finance, operations, and technology functions. Forum members join in the pursuit of innovations in business performance management, the practice of enabling organizations to translate strategies into plans, monitor execution, and provide insight to improve financial and operational performance.

Driven by demands for improved operational conditioning and corporate governance, the BPM Forum helps research, develop and promote cutting-edge methods to strengthen financial management disciplines, drive performance accountability; tighten budgeting and planning practices; strengthen operational visibility and insight; and ensure performance improvements across large organizations.
BPM Forum Belguim

The BPM-Forum Belgium is the neutral and interdisciplinary platform for the BPM Professional in Belgium. Its purpose is the facilitation of a BPM community where beliefs and disagreements can be accommodated and widely accepted through sharing of experiences, knowledge and ‘best practices’ in Business Process Management.

Members of the forum are professionals active as a vendor, consultant, analyst, scientist, and end user in the vast domain of Business Process Management. The bi-monthly practitioner-oriented meetings contribute to a better understanding of BPM by offering presentations of user cases, aligning these cases with the BPM knowledge and networking with other BPM Professionals.

People that are member of the BPM-Forum are not there to represent their organisation, but to engage in active contribution to the facilitation of a BPM Community.
The Forum is different from other forums in that it is a forum for the professional by the professional.

Process Community Process Community is a newly formed international, interdisciplinary and non-profit organisation for BPM Professionals. This organisation is formed to further the cause of process and to provide the means for local communities engaged and interested in this field to exchange ideas and information.
