Adriano Freire is President of EGOS Institute, specialized in management consulting and personal and professional training (www.egosinstitute.com).

Over the last 20 years, Adriano Freire has led many top-level training and consulting projects for multinational, large and medium-sized companies focused on behavioral development, strategy and innovation.

Adriano Freire earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration in Tokyo, Japan, and he is Professor at the Lisbon MBA (American-European MBA Program from MIT, Portuguese Catholic University and Nova University), where he won the Best Professor Award.

Adriano Freire’s publications include the recent EGOS Map book and several management best-sellers on Strategy, Innovation and Internationalization.
